Compression gear promotes more blood and oxygen to flow to your muscles due to its ability to apply pressure on your blood vessels. This means your muscles are able to produce more energy throughout your workout, and helps to prevent muscle cramps.

During exercise, your muscles are constantly working hard to absorb the shock of pounding and shaking, which contributes to soreness afterwards. Research shows that compression fabrics helps to keep muscles in form to prevent muscular damage and decrease the risk of injury.

Compression material is also ideal for speedy muscle recovery — said to increase the removal of metabolic waste and encourage renewal of tissues.
